Friendship partner!?

So me and my house mate might be friendship partners and conversation teachers to international students!!! We will be local volunteers ! Cool right?

So Tonight I heard about this event.... and  organization  (whose name i cant remember right now) and I was like ... o.o WOW.

 I WANT TO DO IT!!! I mean  imtotallynotintoasianjapanesekoreanculturelanguagekpopmanga....cultures.. haha what no <_<.

So. I hope.. its as awesome as I  think it will be.


The Thursday session is during class but its only for an hour and I really would like to do it so for this one time i will miss an hour or so of class.  There seems to also be something for Friday as well!!

When playing god.

You come to admire him all the more. Creating stuff is hard. I'm using a Game engine called UDK for Unreal/Unity. We need to make a game level... I know most of you know what a game level is and if you don't then... D'= you poor soul.

Its some tough work, I don't know the program  all that well myself in all honesty I probably only have technically like..... 12....... 24 days of experience on it. (we have class where we use it once a week for 3 hours) I know that it probably isnt as hard as it feels like right now, but right now... that doesn't matter. ITS.. SO.. HARD... but fun...... BUT HARD... but........ cool.... OTL ahhh~ why!?

So I admire god who created the  heavens and the earth and all that! (^-^)d props to you man.. props to you.

Youth event!?

Hey whats up its another day of the 30 day challenge. so here's the scoop.

Today I went to school at... what.... 10 am ?  which means i got up at 7:30 to get on the bus at 8:30 to get to school at  9:40 (ah for those wondering since I  haven't stated at all.  I am a college student studying 3D game animation and I am in my final year. I have like... 3 months left.


I got a text from my house mate inviting me and my Korean friend to a youth event at a church.  I think this was around 4:00 and since I had been in school since 10am I figured well why not? it means getting a break from homework, endless , endless homework.


We went to this youth event with no idea what exactly was going to happen. Turns out it was like a worship practice. Started out with talking about testimonies, then went into singing praise. I admit during the singing I was ...... a little... LITTLE... freaked out. People started getting on their knees and even laying across the chairs, rocking back and forth.

 Now I am a christian, but I... don't do that.  But that's how some people worship so all the power to them. I'm not saying anything negative about it. Just I myself, personally felt ... awkward..... maybe... uncomfortable with it seeing as he was like legit laying in front of my seat.  He could look up my nostrils at any moment. lol

Afterwards me my house mate and Korean friend all went out and walked around the town afterwards.  I took some nice flower pictures that ill have to upload at some point. It was fun.

Work em Dead

        

       So today I went to work like usually, Worked from  9 am till 1 pm. I work In the Deli of a certain CANADIAN, store. For those of you who are fellow Canadians you will probably know which store it is, just by the emphasis. 

   Now I'm going to warn you know. If you care about punctuation , proper sentences and perfect spelling. Please stop reading. As you probably already found out by the few sentences above. I..... wont write in proper... format. They way I write is a part of me, So ... bear with it.. bare.. with it...... AH. YOU GET WHAT I MEAN <_<".

My work.. seems like its easy to people who DON'T work inside the deli. Let me tell you... you are wrong. Now I'm not saying that everyone Dislikes working in the Deli, Hell... It might even be someones dream job.  I'm just saying that for me as a person... I don't like it. I admit there are merits to working there. I get people skills can learn how to  make a bunch of things ( 6 types of pizzas, a whole bunch of sandwiches, party trays, and all that.. stuff. 

We do promotions, I have this habitual phrase I use now all the time!  so let me tell it to you. " Hi there!~~~~ (in an annoyingly high pitched voice) How can I help you?" -customer replies- " And how many grams would you like?" -customer replies- " Just regular sandwich sliced?"  -customer: shaved-  " shaved as in falling apart or really thin?" -customer replies- " would you like anything else?" -customer- " would you like to try any samples?" (yes even after that we ALL have to  offer samples to every customer.  Does everyone do it? No. But.... i tend to like to do what I'm told if i want to keep my job. 

So it got REALLY busy I mean REALLY and in order to try and get everything done.  I spent ALL my time trying and yet  because I was the only one really trying... we didn't get done as much as they would have liked.  My supervisor was late and hadn't returned to where ever it was she had gone. (turns out shes been babysitting none stop for like.. 2 weeks and decided to go home and take a nap. My supervisor works hard and I know it but.... ) turns out she slept in through her alarm. When she did arrive to the Deli she was upset at the lack of things done. 

So She proceeded to complain about it to.. me.. well I wasn't happy. I can understand her point of view but she wouldn't really acknowledge mine and it made me mad. 

Well..... anyway this day wasn't all that eventful so this will be a boring post but hey, this is a challenge. whether its boring or not ill write it. 

30 Day Challenge!

So this was actually inspired by my recent PDP 400 class. We watched a ted talk in class that inspired me to start this blog. They say it takes 30 days to start a habit. So I decided to do a blog post every day for 30 days....starting today. 

So heres the story.  I made a Mighty Life List, (Inspired by my PDP400 teacher Cynthia),and so I will list down the things I wish to do within my lifetime. I'm sure things will be added on and things will be taken away, crossed off or completed. 

So here's what I have of my list so far.

1. Visit Japan, Korea, UK, Australia, etc
2. Meet all my international friends
3. Live in korea (short term -maybe long term depending on how I like it)
4. Want to meet U-kiss in real life
5. go to a kpopcon
6. go to a cosplay convention 
7. Be fluent in Korean
8. Be fluent in Japanese
9. Own a keyboard and/or piano and learn more than 3 songs top lay on them,
10. Get Drivers License 
11. Eat a nice meal at a restaurant without worrying about the cost.
12. Make an otome game
13. Learn French or spanish
14. Buy a good Camera to take pictures 
15. Make Photo Albums for every year  and for miscellaneous things like flowers. 
16. Sky Dive but not alone
17. Get Married
18. Have 2 Children a boy and a girl (hopefully)
19. Own a house 
20. Go to a Natural Onsen (hot springs) in Japan
21. Go Cherry Blossom viewing 
22. Go to Golden week in Japan
23. Visit my mother more than once a year
24.  Have dinner with my dad
25. See my siblings again
26. buy and own roller skates
27. Go to the Gym
28. Lose 20 lbs
29. Eat Healthier 
30. Finish writing/Publish a short story 
31.  Own a Cat or 2
32. Visit the wonders of the word
33. Go on a Cruise
34. Be an Extra in a movie 
35. Stay at a fancy hotel 
36. Throw a Successful birthday party for my child. 
37. Fully Decorate my house
38. Fully Decorate my house for Christmas 
39. Own a Cotton candy and popcorn machine
40. Go fishing

43. Relearn crotchet and knitting

45. Drink a non-Virigin Pina Colada
46. Attend All of my children's field trips.

Green- Means that it has been accomplished!! 

so I have 52 goals on my list and I have completed 1. I hope to see more green decorating this page soon! 

Alot of eventful things happened today Including going out and having a fun dinner at Momo Sushi with my Korean Friend.

It was fun! I  hope to do it again sometime!!  \(^-^)/
